Q:  How can I confirm my reservation?

A:  At booking, a 50% deposit is required and can be paid with any major credit card.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in.  Once your balance has been paid, you will receive all check in instructions via e-mail and text message.

 

Q:  What time is check-in and check-out?

A:  Check in is at 4PM.  Early arrival is not available unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.

 Check out is at 11AM.  Late departure is not available, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.

Q:  What is the Cancellation Policy?

A:  Guest receives 100% refund if the cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to arrival;  Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival;  

If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Q:  Do I need travel insurance?

A:  We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance if there are concerns about the following:

We strongly encourage a policy that offers a Cancel for Any Reason policy. 

We offer many ways to purchase travel insurance.  When booking through our website  you will have the option to purchase a travel insurance policy at check out. 


Q:  Can our pets join us on vacation?

A:  Yes! All of our houses are pet friendly.  Pet fees to apply at booking.
